This season, NOC brings you the all-new Slowcrafted series—where low-and-slow cooking meets your fast-paced life. Think coffee-butter beef tenderloin slow-cooked at 58°C, lime-dill-butter-baked salmon steak, and other kitchen magic that’s ready when you are.

Salmon Steak with Cauliflower Rice

Baked with lime-dill butter, the salmon steak maintains its natural succulence, served alongside hand-grated cauliflower rice and fresh avocado salsa – a light yet flavourful summer dish.

Shakshuka with Toast

A provencal-inspired base of seven types of fresh vegetables all diced into 2cm cubes and simmered to sweet-tangy perfection. Topped with a just-set egg – dip the rye sourdough toast into the yolk and vegetable medley for layered textures.

Slow-Cooked Chicken Breast

The chicken breast is slow-cooked at 58°C for one hour to retain tenderness, paired with velvety hand-mashed sweet potato and crisp brussels sprouts. A final drizzle of lemon butter glaze brightens each bite.

Coffee Butter Beef Tenderloin with Toast

The beef tenderloin, slow-cooked at 58°C for over half an hour and enriched with NOC’s decaf-coffee-infused butter, meets deeply caramelized onions and mushrooms simmered for two hours. Served with rye sourdough to capture every drop of the coffee-tinged jus.
